Thoroughly disappointed in our visit today, food was meant to be 15-20 minute wait, ended up nearer to 50 (13:32 ordered, 14:16 at the table) by the time it reached the table, sadly the serving staff didn't seem to be too bothered about the delay even when we pointed out that we had 1.5 year old twins who were incredibly hungry by that time and restless. Staff were great and did help people who were finding it hard to use. I would recommend Tescos put a cash/card till in place with a person to take the order and chat to customers who come in. Good food good staff shame about the...
