Absolutely shocking today, waited over 90 minutes and the excuse i got was they only had 4 drivers, chicken in curry tasted like metal and rubbery, came stone cold, the sf chicken my 7 yr old got WAS pink inside regardless of them saying it was the colour of the bone and apparently it was cooked lovely..I have pictures to prove that was a lie, (my 7 yr old is in bed feeling sick now) the kids meal deal she got was supposed to come with a can of pop but they didn't send that, they also charged me 70p more than what the menu states price wise, 3rd time ordering from here and this is only time ive had these issues but there won't be another order especially how when I rang to complain a guy came on having a right go because I mentioned health and safety, he then hung up on me, one thing they should realise is don't try and belittle me...

Absolutely discussing waited over an hour and a hour the nan I ordered with cheese garlic and coriander was sent to me with chilli on It rang them back to request another one without chilli when I got it it was the same again so rang them back the guy then decided to lie to me on the phone telling me he had made it himself and was telling me I didn't know what coriander is. He then slipped up telling me the chef had made it when I requested him come take a look for it himself he then refused to give me fresh curry or nan or my money back and then put phone down when I rang back again he pretended he couldn't hear me and then put phone down again then blocked my number it wasn't until my dad rang them that the guy was polite and is now sending fresh curry and nan it was 7.30 when we originally ordered...

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Used this place a year ago for food and the chicken was raw in the middle and the chips was cold . We recently decided to try a year later for a curry and just as we thought it could not be any worse we found some sort of black bug in my wife's korma and they forgot to send the boiled rice and to top things off they refuse to refund and collect the food or even replace the food and delivery the missing rice . There custermer service is rude and they just hang up on you . They are intimidating as they shout down the phone at each other in a different language. I also know that others I the village have had similar experiences and eat else where . Try Kathmandu curry just up the road they have 5 stars or charcoal grill across the road for...
