GreekLicious and Sweet — Restaurant in North East Derbyshire

Really poor experience today, ordered food at 7.09pm and it arrived at 9.09pm, we called for an update and a man said it has been waiting 5 minute for a driver and would be with us in 10 minutes. It didn’t arrive, so we called again and there was no answer, we called a 3rd time and was assured that the food was on the way but at this point we knew it had been sat for over 20 minutes. When it arrived it was luke warm and the red velvet cheesecake I ordered had been replaced for orange cake with no communication. I called to ask what this item was and what the ingredients are and was told “I don’t know what’s in it, it’s orange cake” it definitely wasn’t sponge so not ‘cake’ and had some kind of liquid seeping from it, this went straight in the bin.

Ordered the chicken gyros meal and wrap at 11:30am on a Saturday morning expecting delivery around 12:30pm. After an hour and a half I called the restaurant to inquire about my order the lady apologised and promised my order was being prepared at that moment and would be straight out. After another half an hour of no delivery I called back and said I understood how busy you are but over it's 2 hours and still hadn't arrived, it was unacceptable and I don't think I should have to pay the full cost if anything at all. The food is 10/10 I went out of my way to get this for me and my girlfriend right before going to get the train to Manchester just so we could eat top quality good on our journey, the owner is one of the nicest gentlemen I have met, iv been going to greeklicious and sweet since it was just a stall in crystal peaks and now when ever I get the chance I will happy drive over to Killamarsh to get it, never been disappointed with the food and iv recommended it to so many people and I have always had them thank me for the...
