McDonald's — Restaurant in North East Derbyshire

Shockigly BAD manager. Ella ( I heard that's your name and I'm assuming you are the larger lady with short hair and tie) you should be ashamed of yourself and your "business!" Absolutely terrible service!!! Went for a drive through breakfast. Gave the order over the speaker. The woman then sent us to the next window. Nobody was there! We waited and waited to pay, eventually the manager came and told us we had to go back around again! We'd waited at least 20 mins. A lovely slim blonde lady (with some actual customer service skills) apologised and added two free hash browns to our order. Then the same thing happens and the woman with long brown hair sent us to wait in a bay! Yet again noone came. 9 cars got their order and drove off! In the end I called a member of staff over, he apologised bless him. Yet more waiting, cars driving off. In the end I went inside, asked to speak to the manager, then funnily enough got the food passed straight to me. So I stormed off pretty quickly as I was already ludicrously late for work! Now I get mistakes happen but the only people to actually apologise were the lovely blonde woman. And the man I spoke to in the car park. Might I suggest you make the blonde lady manager! To top it off, they made someone come out to get back the additional coffee and coke that they had given us, which in my frustration I hadn't even noticed. I COULD HAVE DRANK FROM IT! Then I assume you'll give it to someone else. Real classy guys! Also the super speed at which you came to get the drinks back, you were like racing whippets, compared to how damn long you took to actually give us our order. More comparable to a partially dead snail speed. Ps your cokes post mix has gone! And tastes like dish water. Pps) I can't abide terrible service and I will be forwarding a copy of this review...

Ordered a medium fries, mozzarella balls and the new biscoff mcflurry. The medium fries were piping hot, however were the portion size of a small fries. The mozzarella balls were fine. The biscoff mcflurry however was incredibly disappointing- one slight drizzle of biscoff sauce down the side of the cup - less than 2ml roughly of it. The ice cream portion was most definitely a small mcflurry put into a standard pot. It was hard to tell that it was a biscoff mcflurry.

I did click and collect and the staff member who handed it over couldn't have seemed less bothered, just literally shoved the items in my hands before I could even ask for a ketchup, serviette or to check the order was right. I'd like to say this is a first for them but it really isn't. Last time they were so quick to hand over the food and drink that they forced the drink into my hands which then spilled all down me and my car. Another occasion the medium drink was filled to about 2/3rds, making me question whether they are just serving small portions no matter what you order. I tend to avoid this McD's and today I've been reminded why I do.

Please retrain your staff and look at why your staff clearly have low morale and are serving small portions rather than what you order i.e. serving small mcflurry and fries rather than the ordered...

This morning I ordered two separate breakfasts via the McDonalds app for collection, thus consisting of the breakfast wrap and mighty McMuffin, both were ordered with ketchup.

We collected our order through the drive through, during which I informed the server at the first window that I wanted to give her an additional code for two hash browns that I had redeemed with amassed points in the app.

The server was very rude and stated that she couldn’t accept another code. In response I asked if I could place a separate order and she outright refused, raised her eyebrows and said she wouldn’t be taking a separate order from me and that we needed to move to the next window.

I know that she was lying as this is something I have done numerous times before and it seemed like she could not be arsed to do her job!

To make matters worse, upon collecting our order and returning home, we realised that neither breakfast items had ketchup on them and the mighty McMuffin looked like it had been put together with scraps off of the floor and punched!

Terrible service, would not recommend and certainly won’t be...
