Weāve been around 5-6 times and it just gets worse and worse. The staff are miserable. The queues are always big which isnāt their fault, but they never seem in a rush to get through people. Half the time it isnāt open when you go even though itās within their āopening hoursā. No atmosphere at all, no music - just silence and staff grunting at each other. They ran out of milk tea today, didnāt offer me any alternatives at all they just stared at me until I turned around and left. Theyāre really lucky theyāre the only Boba shop in Letchworth because everyone Iāve spoken to says they only go there because thereās nowhere else to get Bubble tea from. With just a couple of members of staff who crack a smile once in a while, or try and give their customers a good experience Iām sure the place would improve. If the owners are reading this - your customer service is terrible. Thereās only so far a product can take a business. People WILL stop coming after so many poor visits, I...
Ā Ā Ā Read morexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I absolutely love this place itās the only one of its kind in Letchworth. The staff are friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their faces. I have two girls on the staff that I are awesome Chloe & Toni. They are both so lovely and friendly I never have any issues with not getting what I order. The girls even give their opinions on new concoctions. They always taste great looking through the reviews I was disappointed. As I know the girls work so hard and try their best. Bubble tea is so popular nowadays you canāt help sometimes things run out. (Especially over the lovely hot summer we had). I myself cannot fault Mooboo Letchworth. I think it is a great staple for the town. I myself will be continuing to come here for many years to come. You need to visit Mooboo Letchworth.
Keep up the good work Mooboo we love you...
Read moreMy daughter loves bubble tea, we are always looking for such tea, in every city we visit. We are now visiting Letchworth. I found there was bubble tea near the Broadway theater, which I wanted to see anyway. The place opens at 11.30 in the morning, so in the meantime we had time to walk and see the town. Choosing the flavor of the tea was easy. She wanted lychee tea. We just had to decide with black tea or green tea... we chose green tea. There is one extra included in the price, we chose tapioca. We asked for a large glass with a little ice and a lot of sugar. One table with 2 chairs inside, so it's actually just take away. The price was almost £5. In my opinion there is no ratio between price and value. This is probably the price for a sought-after product, which is...
