Made up to three star as at least the breakfast pre midday menu is same prices and also my 22 oz coke ie 3.99 breakfast and 1.75 coke how can they justify changing name and charging 8 quid for all day breakfast? sad to say a regular food place as the collonade has just priced itself off the menu so last week an all day breakfast was 5.45 now nearly 8 quid Only one size mixed grill showing now that was about 8 now 13 quid. What on earth are stonegate thinking when anyone can go to wetherspoon cheaper a few yards away or morrison cafe I can get best hunters chicken five quid there eight here! But I can also get on bus to stevenage and get best prices in the old post office Stevenage town a stonegate pub and slightly higher prices in the drapers arms old town Stevenage again same people

Even taking into account there two meals deal at 9.49 that's about 3 quid higher than last week is hardly a way of enticing customers is it such massive increases when we have wetherspoon and morrison cafe a stones throw and Stevenage stonegate pubs cheaper Someone at there head...

Very unhygienic place. They have the a few customers who were playing with coaster throwing them on the floor and at people one of those coasters hit me. They also continued to put the dirty coasters on the top of the glass that the server was mixing my drink in. I asked for a straw the server said he had none so I said to him why did he allow those guys to be playing over my drink like that. I understand also that the kitchen is closed early so I went to get food else where and a straw since this place had nothing but drinks they said food is not allow in. So I said there is no food served there now so what is the problem. They didn't even want us to sit outside to have the drink out side. Note I saw other ppl drink outside. My conclusion IS PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DESCENT ARE NOT WELCOME. SO ANY AFRO AND CARIBBEAN PERSON DONT SPENT YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE,BECAUSE YOU WILL BE ASSAULTED, THE WILL BE NO RESOURCES THERE AND YOU WILL...

Came here for a birthday. Was Initially impressed with the menu. Very good prices and deals. Easy to use app. Vast drinks menu. With great cocktails which tasted great.

Starters were ok at best. Halloumi was very dry and over cooked but prawns and calamari were good.

However our mains took 1hr plus to arrive. When it arrived one order was wrong and chips were cold. Limited communication from staff and not offered condiments and cutlery.

What made this review 4 stars compared to the initial 2 I was going to give was the fact that 1) the burger was actually really good, great bun and lovely meat. 2) The manager came over acknowledged the sub par service and long wait. He then proceeded to give us all a full refund without asking. This shows an actual careing for customer experience and is likely a reason I would visit again and give the platform...
