Viva Pizza Kebab Chicken Burgers — Restaurant in North Hertfordshire

Ordered food at 19.50, waited 2 hours for it to arrive. Called up Viva Pizza and it should've been delivered at 9pm. We hadn't recieved anything by 21.45 and they tried blaming us saying the attempted to deliver by no one answered the door. We have a RING doorbell and no one had been down our path since I got home from work at 5pm. The staff we're argymentative and patronising on the phone. They only offered a refund and didn't even try offering to get some food to us. We had been sat waiting for 2 hours for nothing.

Order placed at 17.40, web page said food order ready by 18.40, time now 18.50. 1 hour and 10 mins for two kebabs!!!! And I have to pay for delivery!!! Shocking service. Used to be great used for year, this is the last time.

This happens six months ago and the food was cold, rang to discuss and was pretty much told ‘tough luck’, thought I would give them another chance but obviously customer focus and service is not on their agenda.

Had a takeaway on 22nd of April, two kebabs, the Chicken kebab was dreadful, the chicken was barely warm, was dry, stringy and as tough as old leather, I think the chicken was probably cooked earlier in the day.
