Option 3 Pizza — Restaurant in North Kesteven

We haven't bought from here for a little while, but we were in the area so went to Option 3, as on previous occasions they'd been lovely. I won't be going back again.

I placed our order over the phone, and went to collect at the specified time. Our food was sat in a bag on the sideboard, not under a heat lamp or anything, which was a bit concerning. The lady on the till told me what was there, but part of the order was wrong. I told her that it wasn't correct, but instead of an apology or offering to fix it, she just laughed and told me that what was in there was better than what had been ordered anyway, and handed it over. With no option but to either take it, as I had hungry kids waiting, I paid and left. Afterwards, when I looked at my receipt, I realised I'd been charged the higher price of what they decided to give me, not the price of what I'd ordered, which I think is really cheeky.

When we got back to eat the food, less than 5 minutes away, I found that the kebab was a medium, when I'd ordered a large, as well as the other mistake. There was also hair in the food (definitely not mine as it was short and dark, and mine is long and blond), all the food was totally cold, the sauce on the kebab was congealed on, so obviously it had been sat on the sideboard for a while, and the free chips that they advertised weren't there.

So, all in all, it was not a positive visit and we won't be...

Few years ago I would give them a 5 star. but with their new owner now things are all over the place, some weeks there pizza are bad where they are flat like something run over it to super good and same thing goes for their fries they can be hard and horrible and some days they can taste super good, it can vary each time I order from there. The delivery people are nice all ways gives us correct change, it take around 30min - 1h for the delivery There food is always hot and some time to a point where we have to leave the food to chill down for a few mins.

We have been ordering there for over 6 Years. If they can fix there bad fries and there bad pizza's I would give them a 5 Star. I've give them 3 star because the times they get things right it is well worth ordering there.

Update, there food is still getting worse, they can not even post correct closing times, they have on there website they say the close at 11:30 but I tried to ring them at 10:30 they will...

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD... If you're happy with whatever they eventually bring you this is the place for you. We order through Just Eat so our phone details etc are available, time and time again they either forget a drink or bring a completely different ice cream to what is ordered of they remember to bring it... it could all be sorted with simple phone call to say YOU have order this but WE dont have it. Always fall into the trap of giving them the benefit but it is always the same. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT...
