Pablo-Eggs-Go-Bao is the breakfast takeaway of my dreams! If breakfast were a superhero, it would definitely wear a cape made of bao buns. These fluffy little pockets of joy feel like you’re biting into a warm hug from a cloud. With only a veggie bao or a meat bao on the menu, it sounds simple, but don’t let that fool you. The meat bao is nothing short of a breakfast miracle!

Seriously, this bao is so good it should come with a warning: “May cause extreme happiness and an overwhelming desire to skip down the street.” The juicy, tender meat is snuggled inside that pillowy bun like it’s auditioning for the role of “Best Breakfast Ever.” Each bite is a hearty experience that could convert even the most die-hard cereal fans. Who needs a balanced breakfast when you have this glorious creation in your hand?

Unwrapping one of these beauties is like peeling back the layers of a present you’ve always wanted. The aroma hits you like a delicious freight train, and suddenly your day is instantly better. It’s the kind of smell that makes you question why anyone ever settles for toast. I mean, toast is just bread that didn’t get invited to the party!

If you haven’t tried this bao yet, what are you doing with your life? Seriously, you’re missing out on a breakfast revolution. Swing by Pablo-Eggs-Go-Bao, but be prepared for some serious food envy from everyone who sees you devouring them. Breakfast has officially been upgraded to a whole new level, and I’m here for it! Forget brunch; this is...

Are you kidding me!? I was recommended this place as having delicious food and outstanding hash browns. The name is a bit silly but don't let that fool you! Outstanding breakfast bao bun filled with goodness and just the right amount of sauce. These guys have it all down to a science too! Fast service and quick delivery on your order. You can only take away from the Whitley Bay station place which is why I gave it a 4* for atmosphere but the staff was super friendly and I can't really fault it.

My only regret is that I only ordered one! Saw a review saying that two was too much and believed it... I will be fixing that tomorrow!

Oh! And the coffee is excellent too! Highly...

Food was incredibly tasty and staff was super friendly and welcoming. The girl at the counter greeted each customer with big smile and so much positive energy. Although the place looked busy, with people constantly coming to order, we didn't wait too long for our breakfast, so extra brownie points there!

We had the Breakfast Bao. All the ingredients went together so well and the sausage patty was really delicious (and I don't usually like breakfast sausages as I always find that they lack flavour and seasoning, but this one did not disappoint).

P.S. They also do doggy treats, which I thought was a nice touch for...

This popped up as being highly recommended on Google Maps, and the combination of traditional breakfast and Bao sounded nice. Took three of my boys, and they didn't want to try the sauce so had theirs without. One of them said five stars isn't enough, and it deserves 24 stars. For a tiny little kiosk style food place, it was very busy. A dozen or so people ordered after us while we waited on the street by their kitchen. Baos we're lovely, soft outer but actually quite dense. Plenty of filling with a big chunky flattened egg, hash brown, sausage patty, cheese, and the sauce (on mine). Very nice.

Breakfast in a bun, loads of places do it, from the mass produce of the golden arches to the thing the size of a small child from a van on the edge of the industrial estate, but no one does it with quite the beauty of Pablo Eggsgobao. The main ingredients for the filling have been done before, hash brown, sausage patty, omelette and cheese but combining them with the spicy sauce and wrapping them in the bao bun lifts this simple thing to become the work of a genius. I travelled 30 mins to try it, I'll be going again, and again, and again.
