Always a five star service from the Shahenshah, right from the off they make you feel at home, and they have done an excellent job on the décor, really brought it up to date in every respect, but what about the real reason you are reading this... the food! well I can only speak for the several times my family and I have been and it has always been spot on, I am a vindaloo man myself and this is probably in the top 3 I have ever had and I have had hundreds lol, my wife has the madras or the dansak and has never had any complaints, we always try to go first thing in the evening when it is quiet and so get quicker service and you can always have a bit of banter with the staff who do a great job. Would not recomend this restaurant to anyone, went for a meal with my son and husband asked for two curries, one to share with my husband, and was refused, was told had to buy 3 meals and if didnt eat it all could take it home, not acceptable So we asked for the bill for the two pints and when the waiter came he more or less threw the bill on the table then carried on stairing at us intimidating my son we started to leave my son commented and before we new it there was about six indians dehind us pushing and shouting trying to hit my son when we opend the door there was a load of police out side the indians told them we had started trouble what a...

Food over an hour late. Then forgot the rice for the main so had to wait 20 mins on top for that. Food cold on delivery. Tried reheating main in oven and one of the foil tins split.
