Service was absolutely terrible. Firstly given the wrong burger, we were given zinger instead of tower burger. Then I took it back and then sat down to realise we hadnt been given fries with our meals. So went back and they gave me fries in a bag - went to sit down again and they had only given me 1 pack of fries.. so another trip back to the desk. Finally went to sit down and have my food and they had given me gravy instead of beans. Couldn't believe how wrong they got it. Ordered a standard 6-piece bucket and large beans.

There were only drumsticks available which really should have given me a discount for that (it was only 6pm... how do you run out so early?). No apology either, just is what it is. When I got back to my hotel and opened the bag, I'd also been given just a small beans though paid for large.

I would like to know why nearly every KFC I've been to screws up my order, it's not rocket science.

Worst customer service ever 🤬🤬🤬 Buying food with HGV voucher and been treated like a begging food. Asked straw, napkin and Customer service blonde girl and her manager said in bag and have to go back and ask because there is nothing in bag when challenged she trew straw at me.
