Starbucks Drive Thru — Restaurant in North Warwickshire

Been to Drive through in Corley services just now. love Starbucks and always pop in to drive through when we travel and never have left disappointed until today. Ordered black Americano with Vanilla sirup and flat white. At the collection window the lady gave me the first cup and I asked which one it is. She replied flat white. Then another guy gave me second cup and I asked again to be sure if it's black coffee and got said it is. After hard weekend and busy morning, you can imagine our surprise when on our way on M6 I realized I have been given coffee with milk which I can’t have as I have lactose tolerance!!! Very disappointed!!! Can you imagine what would happen with someone driving on motorway with a serious milk intolerance!!! Starbucks staff, please pay more attention!!! Ordered two lattes and specifically asked one with Almond milk. At the collection window the guy gave me the first cup and asked is this one has the normal milk or Almond and got said it's the normal one. Then he gave me.second cup and I asked again to be sure it's with an Almond milk and got said it is. Can you imagine my surprise when on our way on m6 I realized I have been given coffee with a normal milk so the coffees has been mixed up!!! Very disappointed. Yesterday whilst on my way to Birmingham to help my elderly parents with a few things I decided to stop at the Starbucks on the Northside of the M6. I ordered a large filter coffee and an oat biscuit. After ordering I went to pay and I realized that I bought the wrong wallet which had no cash no cards nothing. So I had no choice but to cancel the order and walk away and go home to get my wallet as I don't live very far away. As I was leaving one of the team called me back and said that I can have the coffee on the house . This was really touching as it has restored my faith in human kindness.
