Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in North Warwickshire

Possibly the most rude and arrogant barista I've ever come across. I asked for a pistachio latte which was admittedly unavailable, and the guy said in an awful tone "we've not got that!!" Whilst looking at the door and completely blanking me. Didn't ask for what else I'd like, and when I decided on a caramel machiatto, just said "yep" and got the price up for the contactless payment. Didn't ask if I wanted a receipt (which I needed for expenses) or ask if I wanted cream (which I did want, but didn't get). He was also rude to my colleague who spoke to him. This was on the early evening of Friday 14th February 2025. The barista was tall, had dark hair, glasses and a short to medium length beard. I would seriously consider looking into his attitude and behaviour when serving customers because he is clearly in the wrong job with ZERO customer service...

Girl at the till could not be less bothered if she tried. She was pissing about with her phone while she's serving me. The rest seem to be despondent mumblers who have lost the will to live. The previously lively team has been swapped out with depressed zombies. I felt the life drain out of me just being...

The contemporary décor may not be to everyone's taste but the friendliness of the staff is ample compensation. Good cup of coffee and sandwich and cinnamon muffin. There is only one toilet that is also for disabled use but additional toilet facilities are available at the on site...
