Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in North Warwickshire

Ordered a coffee, overcharged by 5p, when queried was told it was for the takeaway cup. Hadnt been asked if i was drinking in, which I was as waiting for a flight to arrive at Bham airport. Refunded the £4 and then recharged for the coffee. When drink arrived was in a takeaway cup anyway. The extra charge is not displayed on the price list nor was it mentioned when ordering, so you now have to pay extra for the cup rather than the use of the facilities ie eating in and the time for the staff to wash all the cups used in the place. Chaotic atmosphere. Someone took my drink with my name on it, drank it, then gave it back to the staff saying it wasn't their's. Staff then forget about my drink. I waited patiently before asking about it, only for the guy to make the wrong drink for me, called out this incorrect drink before another staff got angry at him for making the wrong drink. Obviously frustrated, the two staff give me this incorrect drink saying it was the drink I ordered, lied to my face even after I asked if this was in fact the drink I ordered. Had waited long...

Customer service here was fantastic! We were served by Fern who was patient with us as we were a bit indecisive with what drinks we wanted to order. I have also been looking for a specific green plastic Starbucks cup that you can usually buy, in every Starbucks but had no success.
