Always enjoy a toastie and a hot drink after a very long walk with the dog. Staff are friendly and efficient. Good choice of drinks and the food is served hot. Plenty of space in the large carpark. Biggest issue is driving in and out because the design of the access appears not to have been thought through. Traffic jams can go back to the roundabout on the main road. Attentive and pleasant staff and plenty of space. Coffee and cakes always consistently good. The only complaint I have is the poor signal on my phone network, not Costa's fault of course but it does put me off going here when I have some work to do. The WiFi isn't great either. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 meals at 3:10pm through just eat, it’s now 4:57pm and the shop closes at 5:00pm, no delivery updates, the time for delivery keeps going up every time we check the app and the phone lines for the store are ‘permanently shut’ so how am I supposed to get an update on my order?
