Greggs — Restaurant in North West Leicestershire

Terrible service! I've been picking up a free caramel oat latte through the o2 app for months WITHOUT ISSUE. Today I'm told I have to pay for syrup as their system does not have an oat latte option! The terms clearly state Specialty lattes with syrup are included as are dairy alternatives. How have other staff members been processing my previous requests?! Visited the Coalville Belvoir shopping Centre branch today lunchtime. Upon entering was asked to wait outside as already 3 in the shop. I didn't see the sign on the window stating this so legitimate and timely challenge. Got my order to see 7 in the shop . The same member of staff was filling the food dispensers in the shop area, no PPE warn. Did nothing to inform the excess people of the maximum number of customers allowed. My visits to Greggs grow up to to the run up to Christmas as one of our favourites without a doubt is their 'Festive Bake' and as soon as Christmas is over they are taken off.
