WE FOUND THIS RESTAURANT VERY HIT AND MISS. FIRSTLY WE FOUND THE GREETING BY THE LADY IN CHARGE WAS NOT WELCOMING, A SMILE WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. WE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE ALLOCATED TABLE SHE GAVE US, DUE TO SPACE. MY HUSBAND HAS HAD A KNEE REPLACEMENT. WE FOUND THE SPACE VERY TIGHT AND NOT COMFORTABLE DUE TO THE NUMBER OF DINERS THEY TRY TO ACCOMMODATE. THE YOUNGER MEMBERS OF STAFF WERE ALL VERY NICE AND THEIR JOB IN A FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL WAY. THE FOOD WAS NOT UP TO THE QUALITY THAT WE HAVE HAD ENJOYED PREVIOUSLY THREE WEEKS BEFORE. IN PARTICULAR THE DUCK DISH WAS 80% OF INEDIBLE MEAT/FAT/JELLY AND WE COULD NOT EAT IT. Read moreFood: 5/5 The food tasted great and wasn't that expensive! Nothing bad to say about the food! Was probably the best Chinese place we ate at in London. We ordered the crabs with sauce, Singaporean curry noodles, and beef chow fun.
The place is very fast paced. They want to keep people going in and out. There's a lot of yelling from waiters when ordering or asking questions. Not good customer service at all.
Accessibility: 4/5 The place has 3 floors (from what I've seen). There's no elevator. We got seated on the 2nd floor with a group of 7 which is nice that they have large seating.

Read moreWas only in the restaurant for 5 minutes We were given a table opposite a table of 8 who were exceptionally loud and one person was swearing using the F word every couple of words , we mentioned this to the waitress and she said sorry but can’t do anything about it !!!!’ We left before we ordered any food , completely spoiled out evening and a special occasion, when we got outside some other people were moaning about this table The management should have spoken to the table and asked to keep voices down and to mind there language.
