It's a reasonable sized shop with enough choice. Departments include cosmetics, feminine hygiene, toiletries, slimming aids, vitamins, suncream, birth control aids, hair products. They are currently starting sell and display Christmas gifts. On ground floor level, so suitable for disabled people and parents with pushchairs. Car parking is very limited outside the shop, however there are numerous car parks in the area, which are pay and display. Twice this week I have been served by Rayne. She is so helpful, patient and polite. Today a very large queue formed while she was busy serving me. She didn't get flustered, she carried on being lovely, whilst busy serving me. I don't understand why on a Saturday lunchtime a member of staff is just stood doing nothing on the first aisle when there is one girl serving behind the counter and has a queue a mile long. No-one came to help her... well done Rayne and thank you...

I regularly attend the Superdrug in Ashby and I just wanted to say what an incredible asset Cameron is to the company. Every time I go he’s always so friendly, attentive, and polite to every customer and always makes it a pleasure to shop there rather than go to another competitor down the road!
