Apache Pizza Lisburn — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Was in last night getting pizza, pesto garlic bread, chips, you can visibly see the kitchen while waiting... children running around in the kitchen with floor sweeping brushes hitting the roof with them knocking dirt over everything, one climber up on to the counter and was playing with the actual pizza dough and rubbing himself all over the counter in which the pizza is prepped and playing with all the utensils.... the man making the pizza then continued to go and make my pesto garlic bread on the not washed counter with the dough the child was playing with!!!! As I said.. didnt wash the counter didnt wash the utensils and tried to give me the dough the child was playing with!! And having kids we all know they have everything on their hands and under their nails! And then the lady (not the ownee) that helps prep food cut her finger and instead of washing her hands and putting a blue plaster on she proceeded to stand and suck the blood out of her finger and then continue prepping food!!! Just a few days after them asking people to share their 5* food rating on facebook... I'm confident if the food standards agency was in on this occasion there definitely would not be a 5* star food rating.. unacceptable, god knows what way the food has been prepped for deliveries when people aren't there to see what...

I had 3 awful orders. When I complained I was told they would sort it out with credit which amounted to about £74, then I had the misfortune of speaking to the manager Phillip. What a horrible person, he spoke over me the whole time, shouting & disrespecting me. He didn't listen to any of the issues & called me a liar, but then agreed to honour the credit, but not in one go & add some cookies or something as a sorry.

I phoned him again tonight & he told me in the rudest & most abrasive manner that all I'm getting is the £16.99 really big deal, 'take it or leave it'. After telling him that's not on he said your getting nothing & hung up.

This has to be THE WORST pizza place in Lisburn for both order accuracy & quality. It also has the worst customer service of any take away I've ever interacted with & this is the new & improved management???

The manager also refused to take my complaint & pass it on to his boss or owner, that's why he put the phone down. If the owner reads this, I'd like to speak to you, Phillip has my number or contact me via Google. You need to hear a few home truths about your business & it's more than just Phillip, your whole business is rotten.

Bottom line I'd rather go hungry than order from any Apache...

Put an order in for one small pizza and a side of chicken wings and which seems to be a common theme based on other reviews, I never received my order.

Order was put in at 11:15pm and was told the expected delivery time at latest would be 12:45am an hour and 30 minutes to wait for an order is crazy enough, especially on a Sunday night.

Got to 1am and rang a few times before finally someone answered and was told my order was with the driver, it's now 9:30am the next day and I'm none the wiser to where my order is, maybe it'll turn up in the next day or two? Who knows
