Hands down thee worst soft play experience we’ve ever had. Brought my 2 year old twins today, was firstly greeted by an older man who’s demeanor was nothing short of cold. £5 each, plus an extra £1 for any adult/caregiver/parent - therefore an extra £2 on top for us. The facilities for under 4’s was appalling, small and was not monitored very well as much older children proceeded to use the equipment despite the multiple signs displayed. The multiple signs displayed of “parenting advice” when you have a sick child to not bring them to the center is extremely off putting. The worst part about this place is the overbearing tannoy system that literally was making children jump out of their skin but the sound out it. You would have thought you were in an auction house as numbers and rules were grunted over the speaker. The atmosphere from the get go was just horrible, the younger staff were friendly on the cafe counter but honestly...
Read moreHad my daughter’s 8th birthday party here on Saturday. From booking the party in march right up until having the party, the staff on the phone were really helpful. When we arrived on the Saturday, we were greeted by a lovely man on reception who sorted out everyone coming in and arranged for the cake to be taken from us. The children had a great time and again the staff couldn’t do enough for us, a table was reserved for anyone wanting to stay and all the girls had a lovely time. They all enjoyed their food (the only downside was that the portions were quite small, 3 chicken nuggets and a small handful of chips), they each had a slushie afterwards and the girls made sure we were ready for the cake before it was brought out! All the stress of a birthday party was taken away because of how well run jumping jacks was!! Thanks everyone for a great and...
Read moreThe facilities are great, and the vast majority of staff, especially the young ones are perfect. One older lady works in the place clearly shouldn't. I've been 3 times in the past year and every time she has a go at my son who cannot communicate. She's shouted at him for climbing up a slide yet 4 other kids around him were also doing it. I approached her and asked her not to shout at him as he cannot communicate unless it's me and she said "well he has to learn". I said that her shouting at him does nobody any good. It was later today I was told she was working in the kitchen and she came out just to shout at my son. Her attitude stinks and I'll be making sure me or any of my family and friends...
