This is my local Indian restaurant which I’ve been getting carryouts for some years now. The staff are lovely, the restaurant presents as very clean and fresh. I just love the food, excellent quality produce, cooked to perfection. However more recently over about a year now, I have found the Peshwari naan very disappointing. It’s frequently thick, doughy and tough, with very little inside! I don’t know whether they have changed the chef or the recipe but I really wish it could go back to the previous yummy creation. Last week was the final straw so I have decided to stick with the meals and give the naan a wide berth. I have mentioned my issue to the staff but it’s still the same! Sadly I would have liked to give 5 stars because everything else deserves it but not...

We ordered an Indian , last night with a voucher my partner got for £40 , the food was thrown in the bin an absolute disgrace ,spice was always a favourite of ours been many times over the years but sadly last couple of times we have been very disappointed ! I got chicken masala, it was bright red with food colouring! Only few bits of chicken had no flavour was disgusting ! My partner had murgh muttar supposed to be a tomato based sauce with onions and peas ,the peas were out of a tin ! The sauce was bland and not like a curry base at all the mixed meat starter was ok , the pilau rice definitely wasn't pilau rice it was was brown and looked like fried rice,.also the prices have went through the roof that's our very last time definitely won't be...

After many years they have remained the same in quality food service and attention. Perhaps, better said, they have improved.

We tried their takeaway this time and the food was well prepared and ready for collection before the allotted wait time was reached.

The food was delicious, well spiced for all our different tastes and had none of that chemical after taste you can so easily get with some Indian takeaways. We were all very impressed by the food experience.

The packaging was very well prepared too and even had a print out of what was in each container with ingredients also listed. No mixing up orders here and not being able to actually eat the food you ordered.

Excellent establishment. The best Indian restaurant in...

SERIOUS PRICE HIKE | POOR SERVICE | STAFF BOARDER LINE RUDE . Been to spice many times as a group. My experience tonight simply awful will simply not be back. Staff rude not listening to the customer, prices absolute joke. £5.50 for a shandy charged £19 for poppadoms charged per portion for each person in 2 small bowls. Asked staff for drinks many times. We waited over 90 mins for food when we weren't happy to pay service charge £30 and told have to legal requirement on tables of more than 6 well that's lies also. Cost over £35 per person for an indian with poor service and overpriced food and drink. Friend ordered chicken tikka masala and got charged extra 1.50 for tikka whole bill is a joke

Spice is my favourite restaurant in Lisburn - amazing Indian food. The Murgh Masala is beautiful and also the Chicken Shaslik which is served sizzling hot. Great vegetarian selection as well - I love the Saag Dall and Pindi Chana (chickpea dish). Tables are well-spaced out with perspective screens and staff all wearing face coverings. I highly recommend Spice either to dine in or for a takeaway treat.

Quite possibly the most flavoursome Indian i have had in quite some time.. The portion sizes were just right to make you feel completely filled by the time you had finished everything.. I had the Chicken Baharri (Madras Hot) with Pilau Rice and Chilli Naan, and the other half had Chicken Korma, Pilau Rice & Peshwari Naan.. Thoroughly Enjoyed Every Bite Of It.. Will Definitely Be Back!!
