They could do with hiring some more staff it seems, as the staff behind the counter were working flat out. As reported by other customers in their reviews, there were multiple uncleaned tables; but this is probably also down to the staff shortage. The staff were polite and clearly trying to make the best of a bad situation.

Whilst we were eating, the fire alarm went off 5 times in the space of 15 or 20 minutes. It was very loud so we rushed our food & drinks in order to leave. This was when we noticed the manager to be sat behind us, on a laptop, also looking stressed. Perhaps helping the other staff and finding the source of what was setting the fire alarm off would have been a better choice?

One of the drinks we ordered was a strawberry lemonade with popping boba. Whilst it was tasty, the straw provided was a normal thin paper straw and not a wide enough straw to allow the popping boba up. So basically, a drink that could not be fully consumed unless you wanted to take off the lid and try to tip them into your mouth (after having drunk all the liquid), but also tip them over yourself.

Our toasted sandwiches were nice but...

Called in earlier this week with my dad. We will never be back. It wasn't busy, 2 people (one party) in front of us and seemed to wait forever. 3 members of staff behind the till, only one of them seemed to be serving, the other two just seemed to hover about. Countertops filthy. We both got a sausage roll as not much selection left. They were put in the oven but both barely warm. Were very flat and had a weird cinnanond taste. Actually probably the worst one I've ever had. And most expensive. Also gave us the wrong cutlery. Like I said, not very busy but SEVEN uncleared tables. It was awful, especially as other members of staff didnt seem to be doing much. Staff didnt seem profressional - e.g. talking about smoke breaks in front of a growing queue. Lady didnt have any 5ps in her till so she gave the woman in front money from the tip jar (and more than 5p as she wasnt able to find it in there either). Like I said, will never be back and I've told a few...

I used to come here every other week for a treat, now I come twice a year and only that much so I can buy a box of four muffins for £10 (discounted) and share three with my brother when he visits. I'm not paying minimum £3.50 for a muffin!

Prices are ridiculous now! £3.70 for a mocha which didn't taste nice at all with no chocolate taste. That's more than I've paid all year anywhere else, even in Belfast! I had a special edition 'biscoff' muffin, it's just their toffee muffin with a biscuit on the top for which they charge an extra 45p! And not even one 'loyalty' stamp for buying a box of muffins, how mean.

Tables are often cleared slowly even in quiet periods, sometimes difficult to find a table that's not got a previous customer's cups & tray. My table was clear, but it wasn't cleaned very well and I had to finish the job myself.

There are much better coffee shops in Banbridge itself, but it's convenient for the...

We called in for a coffee and a bun during our afternoon at The Boulevard, was was shocked at the cost, we got the following to sit in; Medium hot chocolate with marshmallows, medium hazelnut cappuccino and 2 muffins, costing £17.20. It's my own fault for not paying attention to the menu, of course, but still on the steep end. The coffee and hot chocolate were lovely. However, a spoon should have been provided for the hot chocolate. The muffins were hit and miss and definitely not worth the cost. The shop needs more staff on duty or have the current staff better trained as the queue was out the door, floor was dirty, there was a shopping trolley full bags of rubbish behind the counter, it was difficult to find a table that had been cleaned and the counter staff weren't the most friendly either. Bit of a letdown, to be honest, we opted to try here instead of the other options available at The Boulevard

Popped in here for a snack got 2 toasted sandwiches, very small one il.add, 2 donuts a black coffee and cappuccino, the sandwiches had 2 pieces of tomato, and a scrap of feta cheese, and a scrap of pesto, they were slapped on the plate, Charged 27£/32€ Absolutely extortionate prices Tables and floors filthy For the prices they charge you would expect some sort of quality for your money, sandwiches need a bit more filling, and presentation for food needs some serious looking at!! Coffee was ok tho

A pleasant option to the normal branded coffee shops within the Boulevard Complex. The muffins are delicious and probably the best sell with some nice toppings. But there is a good lunch menu if your in to toasted/heated snacks. Coffee was nice and hot and place was busy (Sat). The staff very pleasant and all busy. Not the cheapest of menus
