Costa at the Boulevard is really lovely place. Staff are great and Pleasant and scrupulously honest. Before my wife and I arrived at Costa, I had taken ÂŁ30 pounds out of an ATM, I spent ÂŁ10.00 on a hair cut and I had the ÂŁ20.00 in my pocket. The money I got out of the ATM was that horrible plastic money, the really slippery see through type. I paid for my food at Costa with my credit card. On finishing our food, we left to go back to our car but unknown to me or my wife that slippery ÂŁ20:00 note slipped out of my pocket and onto the floor. A lovely lady called Janice (She must have been in Costa also) ran after me to tell me the young lady who came to clear our table found the ÂŁ20.00 and was holding it for me. I thanked her profusely but the two things I negret now, is not getting her name and giving her ÂŁ5.00 to show my appreciation for her honesty and Kindness. The young lady who cleared our table was working in the Kitchen washing dishes I think. If you know this young lady, I would like to show my appreciation. Thank...

Whoever made this really didn’t care as they also left out the bubbles! When I returned it to the counter the two males serving pulled faces and turned away to share a joke about my drink they then slammed a tub on the counter and threw a scoop of bubbles on top of my drink and said “there’s your bubbles” . If they can’t make the drinks properly then don’t bother as these aren’t cheap and we’re a treat - sadly it was undrinkable and the staff working at that time didn’t care and don’t have a...
Read moreThe whole place needs a complete make over; every table surface feels tacky, the seating remains horribly stained along with the carpeted sections of flooring. Also, something that I've noted since covid; all the male counter staff lift the full cups of coffee by gripping the rim of the cup with their fingertips and thumb transferring all sorts of matter to the very part of the cup where hygiene is crucial, and if the cup is served empty (along with a pot of tea) then the cup is lifted firmly squeezed between a thumb and an index finger, one of which, is placed inside the cup! There is something sadly lacking in this branch with regard to basic hygiene traing...
