I am only giving 3 Stars because this review covers the drive thru and the restaurant.
Remember this place is effectively brand new, a brand new restaurant in a brand new building and from a distance that is obvious. It looks great.
Drive-Thru : This is easy, its great. Every time I have went the staff on the intercom are friendly and helpful. If there is a queue they move through it quickly and the food is good. I personally never get chicken on the bone, but the burgers, fillets, popcorn chicken etc have always been pretty decent. No complaints and would get a high 4/5
Restaurant : This is also easy, go to the drive through. I have been inside 3 times, each time I question why, but I suppose I secretly hope it has got better. How could it get better? Clean it, Each time I have been in the bins have been full to over flowing, the tables (which are already massively limited) have been disgusting, it is more like find the least dirty one to eat it. The floors are horrid with food remnants everywhere. I can only assume they are working on skeleton staff and every is busy in the kitchen and drive thru but the restaurant is horrible - especially given the Covid-19 environment. On a plus the staff have always been pleasant and helpful and the food still int bad, you just wouldn't or shouldn't choose to eat in until they sort that manky mess out. It gets 1 Star, that is only because the staff are still good and the food is decent enough. For the restaurant experience though there should be a negative...

What a great branch of KFC. Spotlessly clean with really friendly staff. Zinger tower burger was so crispy, hot and fresh. Could have ate a bucket load of hot wings. Chips were fresh, hot and brilliantly seasoned. Big guy with the beard who served us was super friendly, even brought our food over to us (had a baby with us and suggested we sit down instead of waiting). My best KFC experience...

Thankyou to Jessica Collins works on the front desk for assisting me and my family at our visit to the restaurant on Sunday 02/16/2025. Went great lengths to help us out and was very pleasant and polite throughout. I hope Jessica has a wonderful career ahead of her. She is a really nice and happy person. KFC doesn't even know how much of great woman they have registered on their payroll....
