Barrs Takeaway & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Phoned an order in last night. Young girl on phone didn’t sound like she understood that part of the order was 2 chicken boxes with no veg, and that on one of them instead of the normal garlic mayo I wanted plain mayo. Wasn’t told the order would take an hour for delivery! The food arrived eventually and it was Luke warm. And one of the chicken boxes consisted of chips, mayo and chicken. Rang to tell them it was wrong. They apologized and told me they send up another but it would be another hour. Told them this was a mistake on their part and I wanted it ASAP. Eventuallly was told it would be 20 mins. Another hour later it arrived and low and behold it was wrong again. This time it came with veg and no taco or chili sauces on it. I think it was very black and white what I ordered. Rang again and the girl apologized but don’t think grasped that they are supposed to work as a team and make sure orders are taken down properly, especially when it was wrong the first time. When I asked to speak to a manger she told me I’d have to ring her in the morning as she wasn’t there. And that I should make a complaint to her because they get loads of complaints and when they tell her she doesn’t take them on. Rang today and spoke with the manager and she was very stand offish. She really was not interested in my complaint only interested in who had said this about her. I WILL NEVER EAT OUT OF HERE AGAIN. COLD FOOD AND WRONG ORDERS ARE MOST DEFINITELY NOT ON THE MENU. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Plenty of other fine eating...

Placed an order at 19:43, girl who took my call had the personality of a brush, hung up on me after I said my order was complete. I called back at 9 to find out that they took the wrong address down and couldn’t reach me as the brush didn’t ask me for a contact number and told my food wasn’t coming. Good food but service is not there whatsoever, update, called Apache Pizza and the level of customer service was leagues ahead of this Stone Age establishment, don’t know how places like this is still in business honestly. Food was 30 minutes late. Ordered the delivery online and said to call when outside as my buzzer doesn't work. (Apartment) The delivery driver didnt check this and the takeaway itself called saying to let him in so I let him in not knowing he was there. Deliver driver came up moaning he had been waiting 10 minutes outside and told me to leave a note to say the buzzer didnt work next time(even though I did leave a note!) Very rude customer service aswell. My food was cold & not great. Also there was a hair in the chips cheese and curry. Ordered here a good few times but will not be...
