Had a great lunch here, food was amazing, delicious and totally fresh. Loved how you could see your food being made, and they had a fantastic selection of cakes, sandwiches and paninis and fresh soup

This was the first time I was in this little cafe. I was pleasantly impressed by the friendlies and helpful staff, especially the girl with blonde hair tied up. I had a sweet chilli chicken with sweetcorn and mayo toastie with a side salad and a small half shot decaf cappuccino sprinkled with chocolate 😋 I will call in again. If I am in Ballymena 😊

I called into Caffè Tosca on Tuesday 5th of August, not that I was going in for a meal or anything lavish. The reason was I needed to take meds and needed just something food wise. As already had lunch an hour or so before I just had a toasted pancake and a half strength decaf cappuccino sprinkled with chocolate.

The service is top class, they went out of their way to get me a decaf cappuccino. As their cafe had just ran out of decaf. One of the girls went to the other cafe and brought...

Sausage roll not hot but crust was very flaky. A 50p size garnish and this costs over £6. Next bought tea and a very small German biscuit (looked like it was out of a packet) Price again over £6. We went in today for a coffee and something to eat. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes and the four staff totally ignored us. Left and went to Wildflower Bakery and got served straight away, coffee and food first class. Won't be...
