Burger King — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

DISAPPOINTED - WON'T EVER EAT HERE AGAIN - We called in to Burger King, Castlebawn yesterday, we were both hungry. Hubby ordered one of their advertised special Gormet BBQ Bacon Stacker Burger Meals which looked like a yummy spicy Burger, unfortunately he was highly disappointed as it was more like a 'child size' burger ( photo attached ) we could not believe the food he received. The staff were very sad looking and had a lackadaisical attitude while serving us. My Hubby had to use the Disabled Toilet and immediately reported how bad the state of it was ( it was in a disgusting state - too horrible to write about here) and the fella said he would report it to someone, instead of him immediately going and reporting it he continued to serve. I did see the Manager go in 10 minutes later then come out and no-one was sent in to clean it while we were sitting there for about a further 20 minutes - Health Hazard Waiting To Happen! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED COUPLE WHO SPENT NEARLY £20 ON THIS VISIT...

I arrived at approximately 7pm on Sat 5 October. When I arrived there were three people in the queue in front of me. It took approx 10 minutes before I was served by a very pleasant young female on the till. It took approx 15 minutes before I got my order. It was then that I realised there were only three staff on to cover a very busy period. The girl was serving people in the shop, a young lad was serving people in the drive through and another lad was doing the cooking. So basically there were three staff to cover this very busy period. The lad on the drive through had no head set, so he had to wait until the customer arrived at the window before he could take any orders. When I sat down with my family to eat our meal I was disgusted as the chips were cold, I immediately took them back for fresh ones which the young girl readily replaced. I feel sorry for the three staff members who were doing their absolute best in the circumstances. Certainly will not...

Anytime I have bought from this place recently the food is made wrong with items missing even with the simplest instructions for example add cheese ,remove lettuce, tomatoes & mustard and they take the items out of an entirely different burger and don't add cheese to the one required. Food comes ice cold, some items look like they where put together by a blind gorilla, so you better have a decent microwave if your ordering takeout or getting a delivery from these people. I used to love burger King but the current staff employed are as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Really wouldn't recommend...
