Avoid like the plague! Go to McDonalds across the road! I promised myself that I would never be back to this Burger King after being stuck unable to move in the drive through for 40 minutes- yes 40 minutes! My whole lunch break, giving me no time to eat the food which to be honest I had gone off after having to wait for that long.
I wish I had stayed true to myself. Today I decided to give them another chance after 2 years. I ordered a large whopper meal which cost £9.29!!! And to my surprise the drinks machine was not working, so I was given a can of coke in place of the large coke which I had ordered. When I queried why I was not getting 500ml of a large drink which I paid for I was told they could not give away two cans of coke (for reasons unknown to me). If they are so precious about not giving out more than they should they should consider the fact that they are not giving customers what they paid for. It’s not my problem that their drinks machine is not working. How about making customers aware that the drinks machine is not working and because of that they cannot give out a large drink, rather than taking money and expecting people to be happy because they got a can of coke. In summary, it’s a rip off, they do not give you what you have ordered, staff argue with you when you query why you are not getting what you paid for, the manager is useless. Their priority is stealing your money, and the last thing on their mind is customer satisfaction. This time I will NEVER ever be back. McDonald’s which is a stones throw away and they know how to treat their customers - go there and enjoy your lunch. Read moreWas disgusted with the attitude of burger king staff being a hgv driver myself and co driver had spent along day on the road and talked about how nice a burger king would be we pulled up in the car park adjacent and walked over to bk to find the doors locked but drive thru was open and busy having no choice i walked to the speaker to order and after no reply a member of staff came out and said you must be a driver to order i replied that i was and pointed to my truck and informed her it wouldnt fit in there drive thru i was told i wouldnt be served so asked for a manager only to be approached several minutes later by another member of staff who also refused to serve me when i said i hadnt eaten all day i got the reply that it wasnt there problem covid rules !!!! I wasnt asking to enter the premises or come any closer to staff than those accepting money and handing food thru a window infact if they had of kept my change and kicked my food out the door i wouldnt have complained . These are scary times but bk antrim have lost the human touch . I had to then go into the store and ask for the burger to be remade. I’m disappointed to say I was handed back the same burger. I asked to speak to the manager and when he came to speak to me he was completely condescending and rude. I had to ask for each individual topping on the burger when speaking to him and when I received the third burger it was completely inedible the bacon was stone cold and the burger was barely warm and had to be binned as I was not for getting food poisoning from this.
