As usual the tea and hot chocolate were lovely on a cold winters day. The lemon muffins went down well. Staff were pleasant. Toilets!!!! Well that was a different story. They looked like they had not been cleaned for some time. It doesn't take much to clean with a bit of bleach spray so they are not only clean but smell nice.

FINE, I GUESS? Had to wait a while to be served and had to wait a bit for coffee, but nevertheless a pleasant and convenient place to have a coffee break. I found that the coffee here is inconsistent, one time it's perfect, the next time it's tepid and flavourless. Definitely lacking standards. Overall not bad though.

Literally one piece of chicken in my sandwich!! Tables were dirty, but the place was busy so ordinarily I wouldn't have minded but since I was left hANGRY from paying for basically an empty wrap, I am less willing to ignore. I will not be returning. I do NOT recommend.

This Costa, Antrim Junction Centre on this visit was a complete disgrace to the name Costa. We have been in Costa all over the United Kingdom and have had nothing in the past but high praise for Costa. We regularly used to visit this branch since it opened, indeed every Wednesday. This new management need to have a course in coffee making. The LARGE coffee my disabled wife had was a disgrace. When I saw that she had only taken about one centimeter out of it I asked why and her exact words were " where was the coffee". The nearest Costas are two great coffee places in Ballymena. We will NEVER be back in this...

To me personally this name does not define what is on offer at Costa Coffee Junction 1. Staff are very attentive, tables are pointlessly clean and it is noticeable. When you and your company have decided, you wait in the queue, order your choice of food and drink, pay and go straight to ypur seating. Staff will serve you as soon as, the food will be hot, and full of flavour. This is what l love about 'Costa Coffee' irrespective the crowd the food is good, hot and the shop very clean. Just had Lunch in it...

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Watched the barista repeatedly use the same jug to heat milk for drinks over and over, without emptying it or rinsing it between drinks. Anyone with a basic knowledge of jacketed bacteria knows why this is necessary. Also not cleaning the steam wand between uses, building up a greasy coating of burnt milk residue which they're heating up the milk for your drinks with folks.

Furthermore the place is being invaded by wasps, my daughter got stung, they need to get pest...
