Starbucks — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

The shop was quite busy but the line moved fast and all staff were friendly and upbeat can't fault them at all, I would go as far as to say they where the most welcoming i have came across in any starbucks i have visited. Food and coffee was lovely , we sat in as it was a hot day and it was much cooler inside. Only thing that let the place down was the number of fruit flies trying to land on the plate, however the place was spotless someone was clearing and cleaning tables and surrounding floor as soon as customers left so not sure where they were coming from, it wasn't just the odd one or two which isn't uncommon in any food establishment. Antrim seems to be a problem area for poor food / coffee. This Starbucks is incredibly poor in terms of actual delivery of coffee and customer service. General attitude from the staff, give an air of superiority from the female staff. They refuse to even lean out the window with the card machine they just stand there and can see you struggle to reach it. Compared to other starbucks like Bloomfields in bangor or belfast , it's like amateur hour, coffees are all weak, foams done incorrectly for different drinks. Service was terrible, staff so rude I asked to make me an Americano with coconut milk. They made it without milk, then one of the employees suggested that I add regular milk to my coffee myself. I politely reminded them that I needed coconut milk, they added coconut milk, the milk curdled and became like cottage cheese. To which the cafe employees said that this was normal. I insisted that they remake my coffee. They remade it in about 10 minutes and gave me the coffee with the phrase "Add...
