Domino's Pizza - Magherafelt — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Appalling experience ! Entered the premises around 10pm and ordered in-store, paid, I and others were awaiting collection. Then all the patrons of the business, were told to leave the building as the staff needed to check something. And so begins the wait...20 minutes, 30... and still no word from staff as to why everyone was sent out and no one is receiving orders, customers are getting frustrated. 40 mins still no word from management, after an hour or so the police show up and question everyone still waiting as someone got to the end of their tether and had kicked the door. Staff let the people with orders back in about an hour and a half after original orders went on. We had to wait another 30 minutes for our food. When I received my food I was told I had not paid, I said to the person serving (to my understanding they were in charge) that I had paid on order, that I ordered from store which is always pay on order, she told me I had definitely not paid. I also said that if I hadn't had paid for my order I wouldn't have waited around and I would have went else where. At this point, very hungry, pizza at other side of desk I reluctantly paid (again). Later on inspection of my debit card, I clearly have two transactions for the same amount at Domino's that day, (charged twice). When I reflect on the experience, I can not think of any service business, restaurant, bar, food outlet that would talk orders/money from there customers, kick them out from the premises at 10pm to 5°c temperatures for an hour and a half with little to no explanation of reasoning and think that it's acceptable. Pizzas as very nice. Sour cream drizzle is great especially with a BBQ base.

Main problem... The last 3 times I've ordered to collect I've arrived there and waited on the screen to say order ready. Then I go to the counter and each time get told it's not ready yet. It's still cooking. Weirdly I ordered 2 large pizzas and chicken strips and they made 2 large pizzas in 15mins and yet it took 35mins for the chicken. Twice 2 members of staff tried to hand it over and each time were told by another member that it's not ready yet. That's grand, I get it sometimes one thing holds everything up. Then I went to hand over £2 for coke 1.25L and was told it's actually £2.50 (when you read their exceptionally small 'small print' you can see that Fanta is cleverly listed as £1.99 and then the wee ** is beside the coke.) My mistake...I'll bring the magnifying glass the next day.

Oh and its expensive but it's dominoes. You get what you pay for.

Pizzas great but service just...

Ordered a Dominos tonight as it had been a tough 24 hours for my DS, just a bit of a treat. When the order arrived I realized we had the wrong pizzas, phoned the store and reordered and was assured they would make a fresh pizza and send it back to us in around an hour. While waiting for the correct pizza to arrive, we began munching on the hot wings, which were at best tepid, not a good temperature for chicken, chucked in the bin! correct pizza arrives in far less than an hour, hooray!!!! Not so much as it wasn't particularly warm either, the cheese was not soft, bubbly and gooey when freshly cooked, it was flat and chewy as if reheated. Not worth 28:00 paid, won't be ordering from here again. Oh...
