hi there my husband and I ordered food this evening and were incredibly disappointed. we are regulars of the golden garden since moving to lisburn 7 years ago and would have said it was by far the best in lisburn. however, the last few times we have placed our usual order we have been very disappointed at the food, and the inconsistently of the product. tonight, our rice was so brown it was almost black, and was completly stuck together. our chicken curry was so thick it required me to loosen the sauce with boiling water just to get it to a spoonable consistency and the peas inside the sauce were hard and undercooked. I am so disappointed that our regular and favourite Chinese takeaway in our local area has let us down again, whilst simultaneously charging more for the poor quality. a very loyal yet dissatisfied customer this evening who will be seeking out a new takeaway...

Poor girl on the phone was told by the boss to recharge our order to the original account as the app canceled it for some reason (proof provided we didnt cancel it) They replaced the order and expected us to pay again, the boss then told them over the phone 'bring the order back' and proceeded to say they didnt get the money despite our money being taken from the account.
