Was a regular customer for a long time, until I had a most recent bad experience of having to wait over an hour and a half for one single pizza. Ended up requesting a refund ultimately due to the piss poor service. No etiquette or professionalism at all for the customer, let alone a valued one.
Not once was I offered an apology, compensation, or even a courtesy call in regards to the long wait. The website states, "We aim to deliver in 40 minutes or less, however at busy times it may take longer as we prepare your food fresh so please be patient." - That may be the case for large orders, but "We only have one driver on." is not a valid excuse for a fast food takeaway service.
During the dialogue to arrange my refund, I was informed that the refund would have to be delivered as cash instead of refunded back on to my card (My original method of payment). After I reluctantly accepted this ultimatum, and how it was too busy to deliver the requested refund to my house after the phone call, it concerned me how long I would have to stay up to receive it.
I was subsequently challenged on the phone by a representative of the company in regards to how early I go to sleep for work; it was completely abhorrent. Dismissive attitude on the phone with a belligerent "No problem" ending left nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. Social and language skills leave a lot to be desired when serving the public.
With all that said, here's a tip for free from a disgruntled ex-customer; if you can't keep up with the demand of your "It's really busy here." business, put your hand in your pocket and hire...

Me and my partner ordered a baguette each and a chip each with a few extra dips and drinks. All seemed well Until I opened my baguette and discovered what can only be described as two poached egg size mounds of sauce, indiscriminately lobbed on top of a thrown together baguette with a less than generous sprinkling of cheese. Then I discover the pepper sauce and I apologise to anyone who reads this and gets revolted but it is the only way to describe it, it actually looked like a baby's very first poo outside of the womb a thick sticky jar like consistency almost pure black and it moved as one object, it would not pour out of its tub. So I rang up to complain and the guy on the phone said he would send us a new order which I did not want to wait on as I was very hungry so said he would send a refund to which I agreed, he phoned back saying the manager would require the food back to show the kitchen staff and would be remedied in 10-15 minutes. Half an hour passed and no sign of a delivery driver and I ended up having to ring the shop which I was then told they were waiting on a driver and it would be 15 minutes. I had to arrange for it to be dropped round tomorrow as I did not want to wait up on a delivery driver to come. Not happy and also I believe that the people with us who left just after food arrived said it was atrocious too they would complain too so I think you possibly have lost some customers there with the inability to send out properly put together food and remedy...
