Been a customer of this branch for a long time but haven't visited for a while. Found the branch had been refurbished since I was last there and thought it looked really nice with all the food displayed and new furniture. Staff were friendly and helpful as I placed my takeaway order. Wasn't busy either for a lunchtime. Sadly that's where the plus points end as the latte I got was anything but nice. Coffee tasted dull and it wasn't even hot or a decent temperature. Tepid/luke warm would best describe it. Not sure where the caramel flavour was either.
I didn't try my drink before I left the store otherwise I probably would have asked for a new one. Maybe a good idea to try before you leave! I don't think...

Of course, it's obviously a chain, but the staff make the effort to be warm and welcoming and individualistic to each and every one of their regular guests.
I regularly use this particular coffee shop for its easy parking and great location, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. On top of that it's a great meeting place for catching up with friends.
