Costa Coffee Lisburn Omniplex — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Been a customer of this branch for a long time but haven't visited for a while. Found the branch had been refurbished since I was last there and thought it looked really nice with all the food displayed and new furniture. Staff were friendly and helpful as I placed my takeaway order. Wasn't busy either for a lunchtime. Sadly that's where the plus points end as the latte I got was anything but nice. Coffee tasted dull and it wasn't even hot or a decent temperature. Tepid/luke warm would best describe it. Not sure where the caramel flavour was either.

I didn't try my drink before I left the store otherwise I probably would have asked for a new one. Maybe a good idea to try before you leave! I don't think...

What can you say, Costa Coffee has great coffee at realistic prices, offering a range of snacks and light bites with a range of tasty treats for those with a sugary tooth.

Of course, it's obviously a chain, but the staff make the effort to be warm and welcoming and individualistic to each and every one of their regular guests.

I regularly use this particular coffee shop for its easy parking and great location, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. On top of that it's a great meeting place for catching up with friends.

Not the worst Costa but definitely not the best, decent size, generally clean etc. coffee not made with particular care or enough attention paid to your specified milk type etc. nowhere near as high calibre as the staff at the Bow street mall branch, can be irritating when you wanted your drink to be a touch less watery or milky, mentioned an idea that seemed proposterous to the staff about putting milk out in the customer area but was met with a nonsensical dressing down about potential hygiene risks, something most other reputable coffee chains and gourmet independents seem to have no such...
