Went through the drive thru, sat for half an hour in the queue which was fine as fridays are busy i get it. Waiting at the final window a man approached from his car and tapped on the window saying his order was wrong and asking for his items. Lady sorted him then gave me mines. When i got home i opened the bag to see my order was completely wrong, everything on the receipt was correct but nothing in the bag correlated. Had a sh!te day and if i was a smidge more dramatic might've considered kms. Had to go back and queue again for 10 mins, manager at the first window said he'd handle it. Fair enough he did, cheers bud. Waiting at the final window the girl handed me 4 drinks, none of which were mines cos she hadn't yet received the memo that my order was wrong and i was waiting for the manager to sort it. I couldve easily lied and took those and messed up the person behind me's order. Better system could be put in place surely. Read moreVery disappointed, that i challenged my 9yr old son to the DOUBLE bigmac,, only to learn 30mins into me eating 3/4 of my burger,,, that indeed my son completed his after a few bites, and the reason for this is because you lot robbed him of 1 burger,, and indeed he only had 3 in his,,, so not only did i pay for the 2 double bigmacs,,, i also lost a further £20 to. Read moreWe had made two orders through the app, one of which was given to us. The other order was for a quarter pounder, fries and mayo chicken. We tell the boy/young man that we were missing an order. He then says is it this order, relaying our second order. But he hands us a bag with only fries in it. I walk into the store to get this sorted for my parents. Immediately, the manager on shift, Emma, sees i have a concern related to my orders. I show her my orders and receipts and she gets this fixed immediately and apologises for something which was not her mistake. Emma is an exemplary example of a good leader who also takes on responsibility for her team's mistakes while working hard to find a solution to the problems created....
