McDonald's — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Like an idiot we come back here every now and again expecting it to have improved . Get disappointed every time. Ok tonight's moan . Ordered online to be picked up in-store. All worked well . Got there . allocated a number. Waited .waited a bit longer . Then a bit longer . Finally number was called . Food was at best lukewarm. Shakes were the best part of the meal . Unbelievably even the apple pie was nearly cold . Unheard of.. Floor was messy . And the one bin (why only one? ) was overflowing.. Then the embarrassment of a manager berating another member of staff on the shop floor . Keep it for the back of the shop out of earshot please no one likes a bully . Local yobbos ....... Sorry I mean male young people taking up tables and generally messing about . Even though nothing had been ordered by them . Does nothing for the atmosphere . Which was bad enough already. Got a £5 discount cos I spent over 20. . Bargain but I'd still rather drive the extra 3 miles and go to burger king out in Highfield Grove and pay full price . All in all a bad...

Terrible service this morning.. Ordered food for takeaway from inside but all not ready same time cos they forgot to do hash browns for it but had set my coffee up way before so I asked for fresh one so it wud be hot and young lad says he not allowed so I asked manager and she said why wats wrong and wasn't very pleasant at all wen I explained I didn't want cold coffee.. She took it away but food still took ages to come and wen it came she handed me the coffee and I went... Well the coffee was cold so she must have went behind the wall and pretended to replace it?? All young ones at the counter who don't seem to have been trained right..went inside cos my orders are never right wen I use the drive thru they always put cheese on wen I ask for none....cant see me being bak...

The food is nice and the drinks. If you want somewhere to pop in for lunch, meet some friends or go somewhere with the kids, then this is the place for you. The menu contains burgers, chips, milkshakes (I recommend these), wraps, chicken and a cafe that serves traybakes, buns, donuts, tea and coffee. Kids love this restaurant so it is a great place to bring children to during a birthday party (this prevents you from having to cook anything!). The price isn't overly high, there are many meal offers and the parking facilities are good. The only wee thing is probably how busy it almost always is, however the drive through isn't that busy, so getting your food from the drive through might be your best bet. Over all I would...
