Number 7 — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Totally disgusted!! Went into the restaurant today with my husband.

Wee lifted a tray and proceeded to the counter.

Wee were attended to by an ignorant member of staff.

My husband asked for salted chilli chicken to be told , you will wait 15mins on that.

Because of a death in are family wee were time limited and decided to take what was on offer at time.

I asked the abrupt woman what was the menu she said Turkey ham roast pie not being helpful neither friendly. As though wee were troubling her.

When I pointed to an item she replied Turkey I said is that ham? My knowledge of turkey is Turkey and ham.

When I was asking her I would have it she spoke loudly abruptly and rolled her eyes.

My husband couldn’t believe how I was being treated and told her she was a disgrace in her manners.

I was embarrassed, I lent back asked her name and she replied it’s REBECCA WITH A STINKING ATTITUDE .

I never ever would write a review but my god but seriously number 7 she is a disgusting member of staff.

Not helpful at all staff extremely rude. They really have not a clue about food allergies even tho they have it wrote up on a wall, 'please inform the staff of food intolerances and allergies'. My daughter ordered a wrap and informed the staff she has an egg allergy they proceeded to make the wrap on the same unclean tray that they had just made a wrap containing mayonaoise on and then cut her wrap in half with the knife that was covered in mayonaise, when my daughter informed the worker AGAIN of her allergy and asked her to remake the wrap on a clean tray and with a clean knife, the woman then tried to refuse to serve her as she was being "fussy" she eventually remade my daughters wrap properly after a manager walked past and complained about making it the entire time, reminding my daughter what an effort it was to have to use a clean tray and knife, honestly only a matter of time till someone will end up very sick eaten here, and the...

Socially inept staff member….

Bearing in mind breakfast is precooked we stood for nearly ten mins with ONE person in front of us. We politely suggested more staff but the staff member decided to take umbrage to this as if it was our fault we inconvenienced them for one slice of brown toast, scrambled egg and two slices of bacon. God forbid on top of this we also had the cheek to ask for two coffees and a tea. While the angry server shook her head in a rage, slamming our change down and forgetting the tea only to have to return to resolve. During this period I decided to check my 88 year old aunt for a pulse and shave the scone.
