Starbucks — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Staff can be rude, I visit regularly on my work break and it is often a very tight window of opportunity for me to (hopefully) grab a coffee quickly. On the last occasion the shop was actually empty with no lines, no busy drive thru GREAT! Until it became clear the staff fully intended to carry on enjoying the quiet spell even with me stood at the till to order something, this wasn't just a few moments, this went on for a good few minutes, they were walking up and down past the till, chatting with each other. I started to feel faintly ridiculous for being in this weird situation without calling out for someone, but I try not to be that type of customer, it's almost like they were out waiting each other to see who would break off and actually get back to work, and then of course when somebody actually did I got the usual curt, eye rolling type of vibe with no apologies for the wait and the drink not made with any care at all.. I left feeling stupid for spending my money there, and hope that I can somehow avoid any further visits to this particular branch...

I usually enjoy a chai tea latte, but at this Starbucks it just tastes like hot milk with barely any flavour. The staff were asked for 4 sugars but only gave one and then walked away, so I couldn’t even ask for more.

What’s confusing is that the smaller Starbucks literally across from this one in Rushmere makes their chai tea latte perfectly every time.. full of flavour and just how it should taste.

Friendly, clean and quiet! This Starbucks is a stand alone location in a shopping plaza. It has a drive through for convenience. Everyone is very welcoming. Of course, as part of my world's responsibility to try all matcha lattes' quality where I go, I had a Grande Matcha Latte with no sweetener (☺️😁) With so many coffee shops across Ireland, I haven't found another one to offer my beverage.
