Pizza Pomodoro — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I cannot comprehend why anyone would eat here. This place is so strange it's hard to even find the entrance, most bizarre set up for a restaurant, very cramped. Place was not very clean and my drink had something floating in it. They did change the drink however we waited over an hour and a half for the food, tables who came in after us were getting served first. The staff were young girls who didn't crack a smile once and had a very poor attitude. I asked one girl were the toilet was and she asked me if I was looking for the girls, I was surprised as I am quite clearly not a man. My meal was below average, have definitely done a Tesco pizza in the oven and it's been way nicer. However people started to feel sick after eating, particularly those who all happened to eat the same spicy pizza which looked like slop on a plate. When I expressed dissatisfaction the waitress was careless with no apologies and simply told us she did not cook the food. I was not happy to pay for the spicy pizzas and asked they be removed from the bill. A European woman came down to the table who I think may be the owner, she was very rude, defensive and again not at all apologetic. She had the cheek to tell me that people will not normally feel sick until 10-20 mins after a meal as if that makes it acceptable. It was as if she was trying to give me some inaccurate medical fact which insinuated that we were lying whilst two of our group were in the toilets unwell. Certainly this business do not know anything about customer service and cannot handle a complaint without being rude, defensive, condescending and bang out of order. They are lucky we had the decency to pay the 10% service charge, I advise they invest it in...

An absolute disgrace from the beginning of the service to the end

When entering there was no one to greet us, when we were greeted at last by a young man we received no smiles or welcome

After being seated there was one particular waitress who was acting absolutely disgusting towards paying guests, a black haired lady. When our food was served the spaghetti tasted burnt, greasy and generally disgusting to the point it would have made you throw up The carbonara also had little to no flavour and Once again was disgusting

When paying for our meal we looked into the kitchen there was dirt everywhere, food lying about rotting, dishes stacked to the roof and generally there seemed to have been no cleanliness whatsoever!!

As a whole the service was terrible, the food was awful and honestly the worst restaurant I have EVER visited!!!

My friends and I have regularly visited Pizza Pom for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience until now. Our food was excellent so no complaints there, however the service was terrible. Our order was quickly taken but when it arrived we had to ask for cutlery and napkins. No one came near to ask us if we would like desert , tea or coffee. However when someone did approach at 9 30pm! Yes 9 30pm on a Friday night it was to inform us that they were closing! We had in fact already asked for the bill as it was clear they were closing by the fact that they were stacking chairs on the tables around us! So disappointing that a lovely meal was ruined by...
