The Chip Stop — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Placed an order online. Arrived to pick up my order and seen them put a bag on top of the bain marie and after 15 minutes after my collection time I was handed the bag. Told them that has been sitting there for awhile and the reply I got was ‘it’s still warm isn’t it’. Not even an apology, if she wasn’t too busy making faces behind her colleagues back maybe she would have paid more attention to what was going on around her. Won’t be back. Order was on Thursday night and yes I did make them aware I was there and the girl I told I was there told the older lady serving that she had said it was ready to go. Rang up for delivery forty minutes later ring back to check on delivery n girl asked yeah what about it had to explain to her it not arrived n she was like what do you want me to do about it attitude still not arrived over was advised it was maybe going out in the next delivery so will wait and see if it arrives

So eventually turns up bits missing n ver expensive for what it is I get they are busy but def not be back at all do not wanna ring back to say bits are even missing due to earlier attitude cut losses...
