The Thirsty Filly @ The Old Schoolhouse — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Went today to try as the kids are on holidays and they have my favourite coffee. Had no choice but to leave. To be honest it was the lady serving was the biggest problem she made it very clear she didn’t want me there with my three kids and wouldn’t help at all. Asked could we have pancakes told no straight away that is a breakfast option. Then asked could we have croissants they are breakfast also only option. I then asked is there anything for kids on the lunch menu she responded “not really”. Went on to say would they have soup or a bacon and cream cheese bagel? No my youngest is 3 and oldest 12. They would have had the ham and cheese toasty but they aren’t made fresh to order so come with relish and can’t be plain. Even toast isn’t an option they would have been happy with that because it’s nice sourdough bread. I’m only writing this because we came the whole way from letterkenny to try and ended up in Costa.
