Tom Toms Bakery — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

The food is good in this bakery BUT the service is just dreadful. Today, Saturday 7th Nov went to the bakery for a takeaway but the two women behind the counter rude and no customer service skills what so ever. I was with my sister who happened to come into the bakery when I was there and only two people allowed in bakery at any one time. Instead of saying to my sister if she would mind waiting outside the lady behind the counter said, "Get out! Only two people! Get out!" Needless to say her behaviour was out of order so we left the bakery! Neither server was wearing a mask and one was wearing only one glove! It is a shame that the customer service is so poor here because the food is good. Just wish the service was a bit better and less hostile. Unfortunately will not be back to...

Best bakery in Portrush! I've never seen such a beautiful selection of baked goods, traybakes, breads, pastries and sausage rolls in such a small shop! It's so hard to choose what to buy because everything looks so incredible.

The staff are so lovely and friendly, always a pleasant chat to share with you.
