Ephesus — Restaurant in Norwich

Usually very good service, however ordered a take away this evening and it turned out to be a mistake, and has forever changed my opinion on the company. To start things off the food was 40 minutes late. Called up over an hour after ordering to be told that the driver has left, yet a further 30 minutes late it still had not arrived. Baring in mind, it's no more than a 10 minute drive between my address and the take away. So when the driver arrives he decided to not use the pathway, and walk all over my plants. Then I get the food inside, at this point the food is stone cold, not a huge problem (I have a microwave) but still wasn't impressed, I then realise that none of the drinks that i ordered had come with the food, so I call them up and explain and I was met by the rudest, most incompitenet person on the other end of the phone. They advised that they would just cancel the order. I advised that wasn't necessary, I already have the food, all I want is the drinks I've PAID for. They basically said no, we will cancel your order and will send someone back to collect the food. At this point already frustrated with what's going on I've said fine, come and collect it and ended the call. Still at this point over an hour later and nobody has come back so of course the food has been warmed up and eaten. This could be due to warming the food up, however the food was poor, it usually really good and I'm usually always happy with what I've received but not this time. I can take food being late or not up to the usual standard but rude people who will refuse to provide me with what I've PAID for is something I won't accept, so I shall no longer use...

Delicious food and great value for money. Have been ordering from here for years. Only complaint is the customer service over the phone. On a couple of occasions they have got my order wrong (normally the pizza.) No apology and the lady on the phone is very rude. Eventually sends out the correct food but demands the wrong food back, not keep it for the inconvenience which I've received from other...

the last to meals i have had from here have been dreadful had tea with my son and family and when it arrived the pizzas were cold like eating cardboard the chips tasted like they had been re-heated but then left so were also cold if i had paid for this i would have rang up and complained but my daughter in law wont do this dont think i will b ordering from here...
