American Pizza — Restaurant in Nottingham

The whole order was a nightmare. Ordered through deliveroo at 18:15. Rang at 19:30 to find out roughly when they would deliver the order and was told very abruptly that the driver was on his way. The restaurant is 6 minute drive away from the address. 20 minutes later no ordering again the man said that there was a "big problem" and that it would be here 15-20 minutes. Giving them the benefit of the doubt seen it was a Saturday night. Yet another 20 minutes and still no pizza finally getting rather ticked off since it had now been 2 hours since our order was placed and we kept being told again and again the order was coming we decided that if the order didn't arrive in 5 minutes we wanted a refund. Funny enough the order arrived but this is when it gets unbelievable....everything was wrong. We ordered two calzones, one vegetarian one with pepperoni only one calzone came with pepperoni and they sent a pizza again with pepperoni which is obviously not vegetarian. We ordered fries that did not arrive and for some reason received a bottle of pepsi which we didn't order. We had had enough and rang for a refund to be told we had to ring deliveroo which I did as soon as I got off the phone from the restaurant. Will never ever order from them again and do not recommend to anyone. The ONLY saving grace was the delivery guy who was so lovely and very apologetic and mentioned there had been so many mistakes that night!!! He even rang the restaurant for us and said he would ring deliveroo as well. If I could give the deliverer 5 stars I would but the restaurant is lucky...

Was grey hairs on my pizza. All over it. When I rang up they said they would send another fresh, which I didnt really want, lucky, because It didnt even get sent. And due to hairs in my pizza I wouldnt let my kids eat theirs. Therefore wasted £20 on food that got chucked away. And had to order from elsewhere.

Would like to update I just called then again to ask for a refund. They said they will send out another pizza. I said you told me this yesterday and no one showed up. Also I dont want another pizza I feel sick from the last one. He put the phone down on me. All I wanted was my money back for the dirty food I had...

today was my first time trying there pizza. I had guests come over and i had to quickly pick up 2 pizzas and a chicken kabab. it's was the worst I ever seen. the guy who was working he was tall was very rude pizza is made of cheese he did not even put anywhere on just a pinch of cheese then picked up 5 sweetcorn on top no interaction with the customer and gave me cooked before cold chips also cheesecake was on the deal he did not even give me that. I would never suggest any1 to visit that palce. defiantly not me not my family and friends. I would ask the manager to...
