Victoria Shawarma — Restaurant in Nottingham

I don’t know what’s going on with the staff nowadays. I’ve been a loyal customer since Vic Shawarma first opened.

I always spend a lot, and I’m quiet and polite — but day by day, the staff keeps disappointing me.

I spent £40 on my order and asked for two small extra soups. They should have been free, but the Arab girl added £8 to my bill.

Another day, I ordered a full Qozy, but they gave me a tiny PC of meat with just two tablespoons of rice.

Some of the staff treat customers badly.

The other time I spent £57 on food they didn't have diet Coke I went out got diet Coke He come to me he said you can not buy drink from outside I replied him but you have not diet Coke he said this is the rule

I have much more to say, but I’ll stop here — because I know the owner. The owner should care about customer satisfaction, but sadly, he’s never asked me how I feel.

Its been almost 6 years since we moved Nottingham.we visited this place the second day we came here,it was even smaller and so glad they are expanded their seating area as it is always full mashAllah.
