Hardly ever answer their phone. Luckily after trying for weeks,someone finally answered the call and we placed our order. Food was really nice BUT the serious issue is they hardly hardly hardly ever answer the phone. They said they would include the leaflet with the order which they forgot to do so SIMPLY losing on sales! The guy told me for delivery,place an order on Just Eat. A few days later when i tried that, disappointingly it showed all the pizzas as UNAVAILABLE at 2pm on a Saturday.I kept ringing but as usual nobody answered the phone so SIMPLY losing business! I tried PIZZA SUPEREMO on Just Eat today and was absolutely thrilled how fast it all got delivered and the quality of the food was very impressive too. And guess what, they had themselves taped their leaflet on top of a pizza box without even asking. Who got the business at the end? Someone else and who lost it and why! I hope the Hajis are reading my comment and improve things! It is very important to survive as otherwise I would say Hajis food is only for those who can collect as ppl like me would end up trying another place and not be bothered about Hajis as it has always been an extreme...

This place has really gone down the place has become very dirty from when they have opened. While we where there I seen the guy that does do the pizza eating something from the container where they have the pizza topping he has eaten half and thinking that nobody could see put half back in the container and already that put me off to ever come here again. We had 2 margherita pizza and 2 pcs of chicken e fries like all the time they rounded the prices to 5 £ each the pizzas instead of £4.99 and the chicken with chips £3 instead of £2.99 is not I get rich with 0.03 pence but if they do this with all they customers at the end of the day they gone get few extra money and I wonder if they even declare this to the tax people or if the owners does even know that they round the prices . This place does need a good inspection from the health and hygiene people and a check from the tax authorities. I will definitely not go back to this place as is already 2 times I eaten their food and the next day I feel poorly the first time I didn't really think it was from the food but as it has happened again I know now that I had food poisoning...

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I waited over 25 minutes for my order, even though I was the only customer there – the place was completely empty. The service was terrible, and the staff had zero knowledge of English, which made communication nearly impossible. When I finally received my food, it looked absolutely disgusting. The chicken was dry, smelled strongly of strange spices, and definitely didn't seem fresh. All the chicken pieces were thrown into a single bag along with the fries – everything got soggy and steamed in the bag, making it look like a complete mess.

I ate in my car because I had ordered takeaway, but within minutes I had to open all the windows and air out the vehicle for over an hour because the smell was unbearable. I ended up throwing most of the food in the trash – it was simply inedible. It looked like someone had eaten it, vomited it up, eaten it again, and then vomited it once more. Absolutely revolting. I will never come back, and I strongly advise others to stay away.
