KFC — Restaurant in Nottingham

If i could select no stars then I would have. Every time I have been to this kfc i have been made to wait either 20+ mins to either be served or to receive my order. The glass screen prevents them hearing your order correctly resulting in them getting it wrong EVERY TIME and you having to wait even longer. It also allows them to disrespectfully shove your food through the tight gap . More than often ripping the rubbish paper bags your food comes in. This is the only halal kfc hence why I have gone back more than once. After today's palarva I won't be returning to any kfc again. If you have no sides, salad, sauces, chicken on a bone, hash browns, Nashville chicken bites, etc then why the hell would you even waste customers time by opening... I'd love an answer to how all halal kfc's have been affected by this non delivery b.s with meat like the unhalal restaurants. Hmmm so has it EVER really been halal or do ALL kfc's actually serve halal meat but don't declare it or is unhalal meat being transported in the same van/company as halal meat. Disgusted with the deceit I feel is being handed out to customers with no real explanation or understanding of what's going on. Unprofessional staff and no proper process what so ever! I ordered online so I don’t stay inside the shop too much time so I don’t expose myself to any COVID risk. The app told me to come in and pick my order so I came in and couldn’t find my order number on my screen. I showed one of the staff there the order number and I asked her where is my order she start asking me what I ordered again. Then she starter preparing my order from scratch taking her at least 15 min while I’m waiting in with other customers some of them breaking the law not even wearing any PPE. When i got my order I asked her why my order wasn’t ready she said “we don’t prepare order until you come in” despite the fact delivery drivers were taking the orders immediately without any wait (aka orders were preprepared and ready). When I and the staff who made my order argued more, one of the other staff told her to ignore me and the conversation ended “don’t order from KFC again” I will talk to customer service to get to the bottom of it as this is unprofessional and at some...

I ordered a meal on the order borne. My ticket didn’t come through but I put my hand on the receipt printer and came out with a receipt. I didn’t release this receipt wasn’t mine until the waiter call another number. So I approached him and explain to him. They made me wait and treated me like if I was trying to do something bad. I showed the manager my the card I used to pay and asked him to check as well the machine because its wasn’t working. He responded that he knows. When they found out I was right they try to give me a cold meal which have been waiting all that time. I asked the waitress to change the drink. She through all the drinks on the floor and told her colleagues I through the drink on her. I just asked the manager to check the cameras and he will find out what happen.
