I'm so disappointed! I came here with my DIL two grand children and a friend. We all waited in line and ordered separately (because we paid separately) the first order was at 5.10pm followed by my friend. I was asked to wait so they could deal with the orders from the drive through (I'm a patient kind of person enjoying a day out with my grand children so I was ok about it) 7 minutes later(!!!!!!) I was served and I sat and waited....and waited...and waited! Everyone else's meal arrived, but I was waiting...and STILL waiting. Eventually my number was called and I went to fetch my meal - only to be told there was a 4 minute wait on the chicken because they'd put on a fresh batch (presumably code for - they'd given it all to the drive through and had run out!) So I continued to wait. Eventually I got my meal and started to eat, but by now, my grand children (4&2) had gotten bored, so my DIL ordered an ice-cream and drink for her (another wait by which time I'd finished my meal and managed to fit in a nappy change for my grand daughter!) So we waited for the children to finish their ice cream. As they were finishing, my DIL decided to order a meal for my son who was not with us - that order was logged at 6.24pm! By the time that meal was cooked - I was getting antsy about the 90 minute parking time! So, thank you KFC!! You managed to reduced a calm, relaxed, happy grandmother into an anxious gibbering and stressed wreckwho now can't sleep for worrying about the potential parking fine I'm going to receive due to all the DITHERING your staff participated in! It wasn't even particularily busy!!! However, I do have to say, the staff were polite albeit EXTREMELY slow and the food was cooked well. However - Be sure!!! ANY parking fine that lands on my doorstep is very quickly going to be finding it's way to this premise because ABSOLUTLY the only reason I will get one is due to the poor and excruciatingly slow service from...
Read moreI've always used the drive thru without any issues, until today. I went to order a bucket of wings, which I had ordered before about a week or so prior, and wasn't aware it was a promo and had ended. Because I had only gone with the bucket of wings in mind, and an idea of how much I wanted to spend, I did ask the girl taking my order, twice what else they had and how much. And my "mistake" I asked about the bucket again. At no point was I rude nor did I raise my voice. I was just trying to figure out if I wanted to order something else instead, also I had my children in the car with me so I had to quickly ask if they still wanted something from there. I was literally at the order point for about a minute. This girl started raising her voice while explaining to me what else they had and you could tell she was getting annoyed. Anyway I ended up ordering something and when I went to the collection window, you could see her talking to another member of staff, while rolling her eyes. Read moreNO STARS WOULD BE GIVEN To who ever it may concern,I am so frustrated with the bulwell shop,not only do you que up for 25 mins to finally get served.but then forget things from the order AS PER USUAL!.so when I drove home 8 mins away to open the bad and my 6 year olds daughters meal ain’t there when she said it’s all in the bag,so I drive back to get the rest and I was greeted by a young girl! Saying I was swearing because I said you forgot my meal etc,and to make it better,she fount it near the window to give me cold! Finally got given my order but with no apologies from anyone including management,not even a ice cream for my daughter as a sorry!!! P.s This isn’t the first time either. My opinion is that all you really care about is the Uber/just eat ordered! Absolutely terrible service!
