Extremely pathetic customer service. We went to dine in as a family and just asked if the place was halal. The person on the counter immediately became defensive and very rudely told us yes it is and why would we ask. We could see the cold behaviour and just shrugged it off saying that we only eat halal food which is why we look for the certificate that is normally posted on the wall and that's it. Anyways we continued to have our food which again was below average. Before leaving I thought of approaching the person saying that I didn't mean to offend you, to which he again very rudely replied " can't you see I am the middle of working? Why are you bothering me?" I confronted him saying that it's very rude of you, he went on to say yes I am. Later they ganged up, and 3 staff members started being loud saying that we are not rude, you are rude for asking us this and highlighting our staff member. Never going there again.
