Appalling customer service today! Drive through was packed, it was 20:20 on a Tuesday. I waited patentently as expected, its not anyones fault, its just life. I go to the left drive in barrier. A man in his car in front of me waiting but was getting annoyed. Roughly 5 other cars from the right side had been served, we are still waiting. I can't reverse as there is another car behind me. So we are all still waiting. More cars get served and go.
The man drives on. I go to the stand and wait. 2 more cars get served so I pamp the horn just so the staff are aware people are waiting on this side. Nothing to say its broken. Another car gets served from the right. I am started to get annoyed by this stage. I drive on to the first counter, thinking there is obviously a problem with the speaker. Oh no there isn't! As I get to the window I hear the lady behind me getting served via this speaker. So clearly I was being ignored.
I get to the window and asked if I have even ordered. I replied no as I have been waiting there for ages and no one was speaking, I would like to order 4 ice creams. Her reply was oh we haven't got any.
When does this actual McDonalds ever have things working! By this stage I had been in this line for 24minutes and I can't even get what I was waiting for.
I said to her so I've waited all this time, been ignored and I still can't get what I came for. Her reply was 'I'm sorry' with the biggest grin and chuckle. Wow! Wow! That was the tip of the iceberg. I drove forward and waited for the next car to go so I could leave, this was further minutes of my life taken.
I have got to the stage that i will take my money else where. This store never has its equipment working for ice cream! To wait that long and be laughed at by a staff member is disgusting customer service to. Don't worry, I won't be returning!
I will say there is 2-3 members of staff in the past that have been brilliant. These are long standing staff. I don't know what the hell corporate are training the new staff, but customer service, equipment and attention needs to...

The service is always slow, the food is normally cold and you really need to check your food before you pull off because you'll probably be missing something.
If you order via a food delivery network then you might also notice that they tend to turn the service status off and on alot and the drivers like to gather here and wait for more orders before leaving.
The last time we were here we went through the drive through and there were four cars infront of us, They were not busy but we still waited about 15 minutes in the drive through and then another 15-20 min parked up waiting for our food (just a double cheeseburger, 2 fries, chicken nuggets and 2 coffee's nothing modified..)
The service inside is pretty much the same, they all seem to run at the same speed regardless to how busy they are, you are often left looking at your order on the pass just waiting for a member of staff to hand it you..
Without a doubt Bulwell McDonald's have taken the fast out of fast food, If you are traveling in car your better off heading to Arnold McDonald's...
